I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel, it truly was a special experience to be able to stay here with the people we love. Every time I come back to Miami I’m going to make a point of trying to get a room at this beautiful hotel. Everything was immaculate from our room all the way down to the food. I can’t speak highly enough of this establishment.

This property was marketing themselves as a zen, health and wellness experience. It was anything but. I would have had more peace on the Vegas strip. It was a total party scene. Nowhere to relax. Constant loud club music everywhere. Dining was limited. The rooftop restaurant was beautiful but the food wasn’t great. The chemicals they used to clean the hotel was very overwhelming. This is NOT a luxury hotel. It’s very run down and definitely not worth the money. Check out Faena or Four Seasons if you’re looking for true luxury. Very disappointed.

Hotel was amply lush inside and out. Staff was great though most spoke Spanish only. Room was great though bathroom is large but badly organized with no door on the toilet area and a huge tub but a tiny shower - and no real shade on the bathroom to the bedroom. For the price (and I had the no discount or air miles price) those things should be fixed.

They allowed an early check in and were very accommodating. They do not provide bottled water in the rooms despite charging close to $2000 per night for a one bedroom suite. There is no closet space and one person had to use the kitchen floor for their suitcase and clothes storage. Big prices in restaurant and bar for drinks and food. Not good value at this location.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in South Beach. The amenities are exceptional, the staff goes above and beyond with their friendliness, and every detail is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and enjoyment. It’s the perfect place to have the best possible time. Highly recommend!
