The front desk Mgr. Maria was 10/10. She is very professional, knowledgeable about dining options as well as very kind and personable. Housekeeping and Engineering staff are 3/10. The room renovations are still a work in progress as my room was spacious but the bathroom blind fell off the window. Rooms should have guide for all amenities and property grounds I would give Sherry a second chance.

Rugs are dingy need replacing. Hated NO pARKING love the location. Service was good everywhere in the hotel. Loved the lighted path for walking. And the beach. Hated that there was no handicap ability for unloading .

The hotel is old and needs to be updated and maintained. Do not be deceived by the pictures on the site. we had to wear flip flops when used the shower because the tub had rust. we complained to the front desk but they didn’t change our room, we were told that they had no other rooms available. ( we checked on expedia and they had rooms available:-( we left after 2 days…and still waiting for our refund since we prepaid for the entire stay in advance.

I had 3 major disappointments. 1 - AC not working all the time added a smell in room; window in the room helped. 2 - room key not working all the time, added to unxonvenience. 3 - Breakfast were not refilled in time. Liked - for the price i did not mind 2 and 3rd concern. Very good location, Publix is few mins walk. Family loved it. There are lots of good dining option within 15 mins walk.

In the description of this hotel said that it has breakfast included ! They were only giving bread and butter and ask if we wanted eggs they were sailing it for $11.00 2 eggs !! They never clean my room in all 5 days that I was here also parking is horrible we have to pay 120$ cash to another hotel I will never go back

Dated hotel. The room was clean, the beds okay. Very thin walls between rooms, lots of noise. The worst things were no WiFi in the rooms and half of the electrical outlets did not work. Scary part is that the GFCI outlets were painted solid so that you could not test or reset the breakers. Not up to code. Free breakfast was horrible. Air conditioning was a toss up whether it worked or not. Great location to the beach but if you go in the winter be aware the pool is not heated and is like ice water, the temperature while we were there was in the mid 70’s. The staff seemed uninterested when we told them about the electrical outlets, air conditioning and WiFi.

I came for a quick weekend getaway and was not disappointed. Our flight arrived way before check in time. Not only were we able to store our bags but we were able to check in early. I am not sure the name of the manager but she was so nice and accommodating even though the lobby was very busy. It was too cold to get in the pool but it was a nice size. They also have a bar in the lobby and the bartenders were very cool. I would go back.
