The paranomic room was nice size beautiful long windows however all the windows were dirty and had prints on them. There was dust at the bottom of each cabinet. no microwave in the room. you can hear every boat going by with music on and we were on 18th floor. Barking dog next room like it wa sin our room . so noice wise not a great place..Drapes in the bath were old and not pining together. We wer vrahed twice by mistake that we are still trying to get money back that was the front desks miscommunication. Other than that- staff was amazing and size of room was perfect.

The hotel wasn’t far from the cruise dock. However, the bed wasn’t comfortable and it was loud with street traffic - honking cars, racing motorcycles, etc. I felt like I was in NYC.
