The hotel was overbooked so we didn’t get the room we paid for - 2 queen beds and had to take a single king bed and sofa instead. The receptionist was rude and unfriendly and didn’t compensate us for the inconvenience. We did get our room updated for the second night but at $300 per night I expected more. Also the initial room smelled of smoke! Overall experience was just bad for a flagship hotel like this.

I knew it would be a good hotel but the stay was really good. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel was bright and inviting. The rooms were as expected but the view was great. Did from room service was pretty good! It's in a great location, heavy traffic but easy access dinning, entertainment and not to far from the beach.

standard hotel with room stuck in the 80’s panoramic view with extremely dirty windows, don’t see the point. extremely noisy, you can hear the traffic on bridge , partying on boats all night and airplanes, beds are good though even if we couldn’t sleep because of the noise. on the positive front desk extremely friendly and helpful contrary to baggage service , extremely rude upon arrival .
