"Cute animals, check! Beautiful, peaceful setting, check! Plenty of great restaurants within 15 minutes, check! Close to Yosemite, check! Clean, lovely home with all the necessities (Netflix, heater, washer/dryer, full kitchen, free parking) and it only took us an hour to get to Yosemite (we left before 7am though). Host is very responsive. Recommend at Mariposa:History Museum, Happy Goat restaurant, Pizza Factory, Pioneer Market). Oasis nearby is also good for Mexican food. The menagerie of...

"This house is amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed for cooking etc. The view from this property is incredible. We were even greeted by cows and deer. It’s very private and the home itself is spectacular. Short drive to the marina. We even walked down and swam in the little cove below the property. Not a far walk, but definitely a little steep when walking back up. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back! "

"We came up to visit our son at UC Merced and this place was perfect! So much better than a hotel! The neighborhood is safe and allowed us to cook our own meals and play games as a family. Check in was simple and property owner answered all my questions! We would for sure stay again!"

The pool was great for cooling off in this very hot weather and the grands loved interacting with the animals, especially at feeding time - thank you to Mary who handled our visit. "Our stay was amazing. The house was clean, the owner responded in a timely manner, and the views were beautiful. The owner was really prepared, there were extra toiletry items, there were kitchen essentials to use, a grill, games for the kids. It was so peaceful. We will definitely be booking again."

"It was a bait and switch. As we landed in Ca received message our rental was unavailable and another in its place. Replaced home was substandard. Carpet filthy, no supplies ie dishwasher soap, shower gel etc. rate on website was lower than we were charged. Asked for the difference of $500. No response from owner"
