"It was a bait and switch. As we landed in Ca received message our rental was unavailable and another in its place. Replaced home was substandard. Carpet filthy, no supplies ie dishwasher soap, shower gel etc. rate on website was lower than we were charged. Asked for the difference of $500. No response from owner"

The pool was great for cooling off in this very hot weather and the grands loved interacting with the animals, especially at feeding time - thank you to Mary who handled our visit. The house was perfect, so lovely each room had its own bathrm (1 w/huge soaking bathtub & shower perfect to bathe the grands after swimming!) every detail was planned for - pantry w/any appliance you could need, great...

"The house was comfortable, clean, neat, clutter free, and well stocked with everything a family of 7 would need from kitchen items to ample towels, to board games. The Keurig was a bonus! The location was perfect with shopping and restaurants close by. Jerry was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I accidently left something and it was mailed to me right away. We will definitely stay there again during our next visit. Mahalo Jerry for a wonderful stay!"
