"Having just got home from a long road trip, this was a pleasant surprise. Having restored a 100-year-old house. I can appreciate everything that has been done to the structure. The only thing I have to say is that is missing a bottle opener for wine and the can opener does not work. Other than that a very nice house in a very nice location"

"We were in the area again to visit my son who attends UC Merced. We chose to stay here again as our first visit was such a positive experience. The second stay was no different. The floor plan is very open/welcoming, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, plenty of towels, laundry room and the back yard is really nice to hang out in during the evening with a fire in the fire ring. When it gets too cold even with a fire, the inside pellet furnace (pellets included) is very nice to gather...
