"We loved Peter’s place for our trip to the Yosemite MARIPOSA Grove area. The house was appealingly decorated and equipped with all we needed, immaculate, and beds VERY comfortable. We enjoyed the lovely views during morning coffee, reasonableDrives to the places of interest we visited all day, enjoyed family meals back at the house and stargazed in the hot tub each evening. "Didn’t get to go in at The check in time of 4 o’clock the floors were being mopped at 4 and we had to wait about 45 minutes Till the floors dried. Over all was pretty clean some of the shutters were a little dirty "

"We are Modesto Birth & Beyond, a Doula Group, and we celebrated two of our Doulas who are pregnant with a small little sprinkle! It accommodated all eight of us comfortably. The kitchen is an updated modern farmhouse with an open layout. Also, a lovely butler’s pantry too. We were able to make dinner as well as breakfast! We will be back!! "

"So peaceful. We arrived at sunset and caught the moon rise, too. Kitchen and spices are sparse, but the location is amazing. Of course, driving anywhere in the foothills takes 40 minutes, just so you know. Luckily we got lost because we couldn't find the house number, but Cody, the winemaker, took care of us. So magical. "The house had everything essential needed for a comfortable stay. Minimalism in a beautiful way. The location was peaceful amidst the mountains. Very quiet place to get way from busy life. The host was very prompt and friendly and took the time to call and walk through the house amenities and information about the area before the stay. One thing to note - all the kitchen utensils/cutleries are available. But remember to bring any cooking ingredients (spices, oil etc). Overall, a beautiful house...

"My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. The place is fantastic. Clean, spacious, close to Mariposa, longer distance to Yosemite but a beautiful drive. The hosts were awesome. Views from the hot tub superb. "

"We loved our stay at the cabin. It is a very cute community and not too far from Yosemite. It was also a bonus that three of the bedrooms have queen size beds if you have a lot of couples in your party.We were grateful for the mild weather, the property is on a steep incline with lots and of stairs inside and out that would not be good for anyone with mobility issues, small children or icy/wet weather."
