"Jade’s Tower was a delight. It’s very well situated in the heart of Mendocino - the shops, restaurants and coastal paths are within walking distance of the tower. The tower is lovely, modern, thoughtful and beautifully designed. A spiral staircase connects the two levels, the ocean views are fantastic, and the landscaping on the property is lovely. "Finding myself on my own for the holidays, I decided to make a short trip to Mendocino, and area that I love. I checked in on Christmas Eve, and stayed for two days. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I was pleased to have a fireplace, sitting area, small refrigerator and coffee maker. The receptionist at the front (I wish I could remember her name) was incredibly helpful in advising me which places would hold Christmas Eve services, and made sure I had anything I needed. "The hosts were very friendly and helpful, eager to please. They gave great suggestions of where to go in town. The building is historical so revuew is taking this into consideration. Our room (south) really needed an extra table to be able to sit at or place our suitcase on. There was plenty of room for one The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was close enough to town to walk but we drove due to rain. A nice place if you feel historical. Breakfast was decent, not over the top...
