"What a lovely spot. The watertower VRBO is so adorable and the gardens are beautiful and serene. Waking up and looking out the 160 degree windows as well as sitting in the living room and watching the birds bathe in the water feature is bliss. I will be back each year! "

"Finding myself on my own for the holidays, I decided to make a short trip to Mendocino, and area that I love. I checked in on Christmas Eve, and stayed for two days. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I was pleased to have a fireplace, sitting area, small refrigerator and coffee maker. The receptionist at the front (I wish I could remember her name) was incredibly helpful in advising me which places would hold Christmas Eve services, and made sure I had anything I needed. "The hosts were very friendly and helpful, eager to please. They gave great suggestions of where to go in town. The building is historical so revuew is taking this into consideration. Our room (south) really needed an extra table to be able to sit at or place our suitcase on. There was plenty of room for one The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was close enough to town to walk but we drove due to rain. A nice place if you feel historical. Breakfast was decent, not over the top...

Beautiful view of the ocean

"The room I stayed in was the 2 queen size room with a big open window view to the ocean, and even a little porch to sit out on, so it was really beautiful to see the waves, especially during the morning. On too of that their is even trails that lead you to the cliffs, so you can get a better upclose view of the ocean. Room was really spacious, staff was more of “hi and bye,”overall it was a really nice stay"
