It is part of the Garner group so it has that name on front of it, but if you go at the entrance you will read the sign of Yggotel Mesje. The reception was handled perfectly from Victoria and she offered all the necessary info and help any time we meet her at the reception desk. "I had a really lovely stay, it was really convenient with easy Ubahn access and transport for the airport. The room was really comfortable and well laid out. The bed was ready comfortable, and the shower was perfect. The staff were all super friendly and helpful! I could leave my suitcase in the luggage room aftervi checked out in the morning and had an evening flight. I think I will come back next time im in Vienna!"

"The hotel was in an excellant location and the tram stop directly ipposite the hotel making it easy to commute into the centre. There was some confusion at check in as the hotel advised we had 2 rooms booked but we only booked 1 room. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.The towels were changed daily.The breakfast was excellant we just had this 1 out of the 3 days we were there.If we visited aflgain we would be happy to stay here.It would be nice to have tea and coffee making...
