"This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

I relied on the pictures and descriptions from the Hotels.com website when I selected this hotel —- and I completely got screwed! Nothing at this place is reflected in the pictures.
