"I stayed for 4 full days. The area that the hotel is located is very safe and quiet. The train station is about a 5 minute walk which makes it easy to head downtown or to any district for that matter. There is a small market (grocery store) which is right next door about a 1 minute walk when exiting the building to your left. "Quiet, near the metro, exceedingly friendly staff. The only real inconvenience is the absence of room service or a nearby restaurant during weekends or off hours. Otherwise superb."

"Clean and very nice hotel in a quiet area. Very helpfull and friendly staff. It makes it personal when they know your name after the second visit at the receptiondesk! Lovely breakfast with a lot of choice. A pity it closes already at 9... Easy to go to Vienna centre by public transport (takes about 25 min.). "
