Upon arrival, we received a comprehensive orientation, including restaurant recommendations and a map of the city with lots of detailed notes. They served delicious breakfasts in the courtyard. They brought us beer, wine and snacks on the rooftop patio. They catered to our every whim....booking excursions, guides, airport...

"Their website mentions a tax of 25Dirhams/night but i was charged 30Dirhams/night for 2 nights. The staff who checked me in showed no interest in explaining points of interest around the accommodation. The staff kept turning the AC off even though the tenperatures were in excess of 35deg celcius. Negatives aside the property is very clean. Beds very comfy. Locker provided. "Beautiful Riad, the staff was possibly the best we experienced in Morocco (and we stayed in 6 different places in Morocco so that is a high compliment). They provided a free map (which came in very handy when our phones died) and common phrases list.
