"We stayed at the Naoura for a week over half term. This is a good hotel however I struggle to accept the 5 star rating. The service was at time chaotic and confused. We had two rooms, one a nicely refurbished suite and the other a three bedroom Ryad which was looking very tired. We had a constant battle to get complimentary water, had to chase for toilet paper and to get room service plates etc removed after use. "Just got back from my holiday, me and my two friends had a great experience the accommodation is very clean in a very beautiful traditional Moroccan style building with a small pool in the middle so quite/ tranquil. The staff were very ++++friendly happy to help and very happy which made our stay even more enjoyable. They have Moroccan breakfast however if you want for example eggs in the morning you should ask they will prepare them for you. They have a very nice roof top garden/ sun bathing...
