"A true 5* experience in the traditional sense. This place only has 10 rooms and if you embrace it, you become a member of the family for the duration of your stay. The whole team will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. I was very fortunate to stay in one of the suites and all I can say is WOW! "First of all, it’a a very charming riad. And IF you are in Marrakech, you want a riad. Secondly it’s in the best part of Medina (IMHO) - close to everything but a little quieter. The last but not least - rooms are great, people are fantastic. "

"The hotel is on 6 different properties close to each other in the Medina. I visited three of these (one with main reception and breakfast, one with the room I stayed in and a third with the spa). All were close by but its good to be aware of this. The staff were helpful with the luggage and with booking taxis, spa, excursions etc. "

"The pro’s of this property is the room is comfortable and has everything needed, and the hotel is close to attractions and dining options. Unfortunately the wifi is weak on the second floor where my room was and on the last night while I was eating in the restaurant, I was given an envelope by the manager to put my tip in when I checked out the next day, I was then asked 2 more times about the tip by the manager.
