"We appreciated the location, view and cozy guesthouse. We wanted to be close to the university as we were visiting our son. The kitchen windows and main entrance face the main home so there is less privacy but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The best highlights of the home for me was the great view, easy parking, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, warm fireplace in master, and comfortable seating in the living area.
