Our check in experience by Ali Mansour was one of the best we have had to date, he was extremely welcoming, professional and accommodating to our needs and gave a great first impression of the hotel. From then on the service from staff in both the main restaurant and breakfast room did not disappoint. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were immaculate and the live music entertainment in the evening topped it off! The location is central so ideal for those looking to explore london. "A rough start at check in, as the previous occupants had not checked out and the room wasn’t ready. It looks good on paper, letting you stay a full 24 hours but in practice it doesn’t always work out. There’s a reason the whole hotel industry has several hours between check out and new check ins. That being said, the staff went above and beyond getting us in our room with a complimentary gift basket of snacks and drinks for our inconvenience. The live entertainment in the lobby/lounge was wonderful. The singer was very talented and not too loud for the limited space. "
