"I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years and I have always been very satisfied. It’s very clean , the beds are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, the location is brilliant. Very near Marble Arch tube station. Great for a short stay in central London. However. there is no lift or dining room and there is a chance that there’s a few flights of stairs to your room. There is quiet pubs, cafes and restaurants very close by. "

"Check in was smooth and easy, we arrived early and room was ready, it was clean and had little travel shower,shampoo and soap laid on towels lovely gesture. Check out was the same and we were able to leave our bags until we were ready to depart London. Would certainly come back "

Advance communications were a bit draconian in tone but made sense when I got into the property, as it is located above some medical consulting rooms. I would definitely rebook. "

"The property was cute on first impression but the toilet seat was broken and neither the master bedroom door nor the bathroom door closed (which is going to ruin the beautiful wood floor). While there was one towel per person there were no towels in the kitchen for dishes nor in the w/c to dry your hands. Aside from these things, the location was great and it worked well for us for the Mother’s Day weekend. Some minor repairs and little touches could’ve made it much better. "
