"I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years and I have always been very satisfied. It’s very clean , the beds are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, the location is brilliant. Very near Marble Arch tube station. Great for a short stay in central London. However. there is no lift or dining room and there is a chance that there’s a few flights of stairs to your room. There is quiet pubs, cafes and restaurants very close by. "

"Nothing fancy but perfectly adequate if you want to be minutes from Oxford St. It is a bit old and tired in places, but we found it to be clean and perfectly fine for resting your head overnight. Tea and coffee, towels and toiletries provided. Steep steps so not suitable for everyone. No breakfast here but plenty of great options on the doorstep."

"I loved that this was a true, English hotel. It’s decorated very elegantly, with a very warm atmosphere. I would like to emphasize, though, how small the single room is. It’s super, super small. It’s basically a closet with a twin bed and a tiny, confined bathroom. If you’re truly not bothered by confined spaces, it will work. I asked to change rooms right after check-in. Just a heads up. The double rooms were lovely! "
