Lovely small hotel, very central and great transport links. Felt very personable and the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed quiet drinks in the bar after a busy day. Definitely book again next time we visit London.

Fantastic location opposite Bond St tube station on Oxford Street. Breakfast was great with good premium quality choice ie not poor quality tourist food. Rooms/ bathrooms were immaculate & the bed was really comfortable. Will definitely stay again

I love this hotel and have stayed there many times because of its convenience. Underground station (Bond) across the street. Elizabeth line takes you to Heathrow. And Oxford Street on your doorstep.

Effortless check-in with a central location near to Bond Street. The room was spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed, perfect room temperature, and no noise—ideal for a restful stay for business or birthday occasions. The staff and concierge were wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel, rooms, and staff were perfect, couldn't be happier. The area is mostly safe, easy access to many sites, however there was so much noise late at night work Street racing noisy cars out made it difficult to sleep.

We had a premium room which was spacious with a sofa but there was no desk or anywhere with a mirror (other than the bathroom) to sit & do my hair. Also, the coffee pods in the room were non- branded so we didn’t know if there were any decaf pods. When I asked about this at reception, the staff member couldn’t confirm without seeing it herself.

Lovely property literally steps away from Bond street tube station and very good value for money and kind and helpful staff! Our fridge in our room wasn’t working and despite reporting it to the front desk, it wasn’t rectified. Apart from that will definitely stay again because the location is too good!
