It was a good hotel. The room has everything we need including the small fridge which is very useful. The complimentary fresh fruits are a nice welcome. The staff are very nice and went above and beyond to help us.

The location of this hotel is excellent, near public transportation and shopping on Oxford Street. The hotel itself was fine, but I would not rate it four stars. I would give it 2.5. Rooms were clean but nothing to write home about.

I only needed to stay overnight as I had an eye op at Moorfields. Check-in was easy. The room was clean and had lovely facilities. I treated myself to room service for supper and breakfast. Lovely meals provided. The bed was really comfortable. I had a great stay.

Good location, clean. Our room was a reasonable size except we had a step up to desk area and another into bathroom. These are not delineated by any change in carpet colour, I tripped up the step to desk and bruised my backside and arm, I also pulled a muscle in my back giving me a lot of pain.

Not the standard expected of Radisson Blu.
No air conditioning or bedside power. No milk provided for hot drinks. For a Radisson Blu, I would expect air conditioning. Climate control is a basic provision for premium brands. Single bedrooms at a similar price point have the basics covered well.
