"The location of the hotel is good, only a short walk away from the train station. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. What let the hotel down was tired and dated features. The aircon facilities need replacing along with the carpets. My room carpet had several stains on! "

"Everything was not too bad only that the soundproofing in each room is not too well, could literally hear next door snoring and speaking. The room we stayed in, the drainage in the shower was slightly blocked, when the shower head flows at high pressure, drained water starts flowing back up from the drainage hole, overflowing the entire shower cubicle and outer bathroom floors as there is no shower curtains, nor cubical door nor any blockage. The shower floor is also designed flat, water does...

"I was there on a Business trip. Nice hotel, nice location with spacious rooms. A bit of a labyrinth to navigate but plenty of signs around. Don't expect fancy stuff, decorated walls or anything but it does the thing is supposed to do. (My only concern is that it seems the room was not cleaned very well before I arrived at 9pm - so plenty of time to do that - as I found semi-used open soaps around in the toilet."
