"Not far from the centre of Vienna and shops. Easy walking distance to many of the attractions like the Spanish Riding School and also to an underground station. The room was comfortable and clean but a little too warm and the heating controls didn't seem to alter the temperature very much. Fortunately, the windows opened to let some cooler air in."

"The deluxe rooms were superb and very spacious. We liked the little extras such as the coffee machine and the first free drinks in the mini fridge. The tv also plays through speakers in the bathroom. Bath robes and slippers were provided. Hotel in a great location to visit the attractions. The metro is so close as well. The breakfast was also very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the initial lack of hot water in the shower. "

"Very nice hotel with great shared areas. The rooms were decent, very clean and high maintained. The shower is a little small, but nothing too serious. I must say that the hotel staff is probably the best I've ever encountered - they were always friendly, eager to help, kind and welcoming. The hotel location was good - relatively close to underground station, and a supermarket pretty close by. The area is quite and near some good restaurants. Highly recommended!"

"A nice hotel in a great location however our room, 208, was too warm and the temperature difficult to control. The A/C only works if the outside air temperature is greater than 19c, we were there in November and the temperature outside was between 2 and 12c. So, the only way to cool the room was to open the windows, our room looked out onto a courtyard where staff were seen working and there was a corridor opposite so we couldn’t leave the windows and/or curtains open.
