The staff were so polite, welcoming and helpful with directions, making reservations, anything you needed for a wonderful stay. I would recommend the breakfasts. The breakfast choices were amazing. Best Hotel!

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! It’s right next to the heart of Vienna, very easily accessible to all the museums, theaters, and transportation. The staff is extremely courteous and they offer a phenomenal breakfast. Along with the beautiful rooms, they have excellent amenities like a sauna room, gym, and lounges. I will definitely be staying here again!"
