"Lovely apartment in Vienna, with a convenient elevator and kitchen set up. However, the listing stated there was a laundry dryer, but there was none--just a drying rack. We had counted on being able to clean laundry in the middle of our trip and it was very difficult due to the cold weather to get everything dry before we left."

"So I requested a handicap accessible room which they said they gave me however there were stairs to get to the elevator so if there’s no way to get to the elevator without climbing stairs in the room is certainly not handicap accessible.
