"Beautiful house in excellent condition in a nice quiet area. Everything you need is provided in the house. The phone in the house did not seem to work to call the reception though. For public transportation, bus service is minutes away, Tokufuji Stn (next to Family Mart convenience store) JR and Main subway system is a short walk (under 10 minutes) and Kyoto Station less than a 15 minute walk away. Lawson's convenience store is just a minute or two walk! Not too central for many restaurants, but we used the microwave for most dinners."

"The hotel is very small and in a semi-rural area of Kyoto. However there is a 7-eleven situated literally across the road from it, making it a little bit more convenient. The staff and service were excellent. The free amenities were excellent. The room had a washing machine, drying machine, stove, microwave and kettle. Everything you need for a trip. Overall 5 stars.
