"We booked 2 rooms for my family of 6. The rooms are spacious with plenty of counter space and storage. Everything was clean and included slippers and PJ’s and all bathroom amenities. It was a great location for our base in Kyoto. The laundry was closed during our stay but there is a great laundromat about a 5 min walk away. When it snowed it was like a winter wonderland. My friends and I were blown away by how incredibly nice the hotel was and how much nicer the employees were.
