Very trendy. Hotel offered a lot of amenities such as a coffee bar, cocktail bar, breakfast buffet, and restaurant. Hotel was just a couple of blocks from train station. Great hotel, I'd stay here again.

After seeing Kyoto and taking day trips, this place was nice to come to at the end of the day. It’s not too far from the south side of Kyoto Station. What I loved also was that the laundry was free but get there at the right time. And there are massage chairs!

Good to have the hot spa located in south wing but not too convenient for most guests stay in North wing though it's just across a short walk, but under such cold and wet weather it'd be a concern. Breakfast choices are fine but not too many changes expecially if you will have a long stay.

Have stayed here multiple times and find this location very convenient to Kyoto Station. Included amenities such as the onsen and free laundry facilities make it feel very comfortable when traveling. Lounge includes free coffee/tea and massage chairs in the south wing making wait for laundry to finish pass by quickly.
