"This has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was incredible, the location was great and the hotel itself was amazing. The hotel is located near a food court so if you just want to head back to the hotel and rest you have options right on the first floor. This hotel also allows dogs which made the stay even better seeing the adorable dogs every morning. The staff was extremely helpful and kind whenever we had any questions. Overall a great stay. "

Excellent service! Beautiful hotel!

"We have stayed at the Cerulean multiple times now and have always had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent. There are many wonderful restaurant options in the hotel, the location is very convenient but is situated close to but far enough away from the very busy Shibuya station area. Convenient to walk to the station and the bustling Dogenzaka area. We love this hotel and plan to continue staying there on future trips to Tokyo!"

"Great hotel in the shibuya stream building. Conveniently located to access multiple entrances to the station. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Staff spoke English and were friendly. Don’t forget the daily free happy hour drink!"
