"Superb Hilton -- absolutely phenomenal professional and welcoming front desk staff. Excellent location directly across from the historic Clifford's Tower, and in very close walkable proximity to so much of what makes this city so magical -- less than ten minutes from The Shambles and some of the best cask ale pubs in the region. The hotel and our room looks like it's recently greatly benefited from a good refurbishment (and smells a bit too much like it, too - a small negative). An excellent and affordable choice for a stay. "

"We have stayed here twice now we love it it’s old and charming the receptionists as always happy to help upgrading us to a sea view and bigger rooms Parking is a big pain as never any spaces outside had to park in another hotel parking paid £10 for the night "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit of a nightmare as its so busy and not just for hotel guests. Hotel has some beautiful features. Our room was very large and comfortable, a little tired in places but that is the usual when you book a dog room. The dog bed and bowl was a nice touch. Food was very nice. I would 100% stay again."
