"The staff are very nice and go out of their way to take care of you. Food was good for breakfast and lunch at their international cuisine restaurant. The beach is just lovely and not too crowded. Pools are nice though not heated (which is standard for the area i think). Only con was that the room is quite dated and the bed creaked every time i turned in it. Bathrooms are updated but not well kept. An update could really help. "

"Absolutely fantastic resort! I stayed 5 nights at the end of a 3 week visit to Thailand. I was amazed at the natural beauty of the setting and the beach. The many choices of activities were fantastic. The weather during my stay was mostly cloudy, with occasional breakthroughs of sunlight, but that actually made it easier to enjoy the pool areas and the beach for much longer stretches of time. The dining choices were excellent, and a wide variety of cuisine was available (Thai, Italian, American, etc). I am so glad I took advantage of the dining prepayment option with discount! The breakfast buffet was nothing short of an epicurean fantasy land. Most importantly, the staff were fantastic. I was amazed by the efforts of the staff to always greet me with a smile and a wonderful "Sawadeekaa / Sawadeekop" greeting in Thai! There were quite a few new hires / trainees that were eager to please, and happy to receive compliments and constructive criticism. I was especially amazed by one of the waitstaff at the Italian menu ristorante, DOCG. She was a new hire, and her English language skills were above average. I was travelling and dining alone at this part of my trip, and she was eager to chat a bit with me. I was delighted and impressed by this young lady's demeanor, customer service skills, and absolute positivity in every aspect of her job and personality. Her nickname is MiewMiew. I hope you see her during your visit! Overall, it was a fantastic experience. "

"Love this place! The staff is super helpful and the area is very walkable. It's attached to a mall and also it's a few minutes walk to the beach. Also nightlife around here is great. It's right on bangala walking street. You just have to cross the road. the walking street NOT a good place for kids. Please don't bring your kids here or at least do research first. "

"Great stay at the Four Points Sheraton on Patong Beach. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Close proximity to shopping and entertainment. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!"

"Great location, looked like plenty of covered parking under the hotel too. My dad and I are 6’2 and we split a twin bed room and would bet they were XL twins because our feet didn’t hang off. 7/11 and another supermarket across the street. 13 minute walk to Patong Beach and Bangla road. There is some road noise and Tuk Tuks blasting music as they drive by at 4am but it’s not too obnoxious. Awesome AC and water pressure/hot water. Very nice staff. This hotel definitely attracts a younger/solo traveler crowd. Breakfast had all the basics. Only thing that I didn’t see were if they provided pool towels. Hotel is cash only too FYI! Airport shuttle booked through the hotel picked us up on time and we were able to check in 25 minutes early. "
