"Nice place, good pools, lots of places to dine in and walk paths to take after a dinner. Very friendly staff. We picked Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal because it gives access to all the restrants, pools and branches.But it turned out that some beaches don't allow kids, but there are no signs saying that. We've been asked to leave once. I'd say Luxury Akumal is not really kids friendly "

Bathing under the open sky felt peaceful and grounding, truly connecting us with nature. We also enjoyed a couples massage at Xunáan Spa, located right on the property. It was one of the best massages we’ve ever had; deeply relaxing and incredibly thorough, with attention to every inch of the body. Every part of our stay felt intentional and soothing, and the staff were kind, helpful, and professional throughout. If you’re looking for a stylish, romantic getaway in Tulum, Hotel Milam is it. We’ll cherish this trip forever and can’t wait to return."
