"San Luca Palace Hotel was very nice. The best part of it was that it had Disabled Accessible bathroom in my room. There was ample room for me to maneuver wheelchair safely. I really appreciated that I had my own accessible bathroom, and my husband had his own bathroom. The only downside about the bathroom is that it lacked safety grab bars. Luca was a lovely town to visit and wander. It's proximity to Florence and Pisa or ideal. I would definitely stay at that hotel and come back to visit Luca....

"Beautiful refurbished older mansion turned into a charming B&B. The on site secure parking was a big plus. The entire team attending to guests was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone always shared a warm smile and sincere greeting. Staff was at the ready with suggestions and helpful advice. Excellent coffee at breakfast. "Room was entirely too small and was the only one between floors. You had to take an elevator and still walk up or down a flight of stairs. The only window looked out over a set of outside steps that were being used so no privacy. The bathroom was really dark and there was at least one light out in the bathroom. Very disappointing. "

"This is a perfectly lovely hotel. The staff is very friendly and they offer snacks and a decent breakfast with meats,cheeses, cereal and pancakes. And espresso. There are some stairs but not bad and it’s only 2 small blocks outside the gates of Lucca. The mattress was lumpy but otherwise great heat and nice and roomy. It is a very good value. "
