"We loved Santori N15. Excellent location easily walkable with rolling cases from the station. Beautiful inside - just stunning. We had the Puccini room and very grand it was too. Caterina could not have been more helpful, sorting luggage, breakfast in our room and restaurant bookings. This is such a lovely place to stay and close to all the main attractions! Tourist information in the square near the station hires electric scooters to whizz around the city walls! Do consider staying here for...

"If you are arriving/departing by train (Lucca) this is an excellent location as Hotel Rex is a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel is also very close to the city's renaissance walls. The hotel has whimsical decorations, a place for children to play, and a good breakfast. A table outside of our room had biscuits on it. I'm pretty sure other rooms had the same treat. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Outside the property was road construction, but it was not noisy. "
