Poor paint, cracking walls, and the floors badly need refinishing. The room had dated decor, and there was a strange sliding door to the bathroom, which did not totally cover the doorway. "We've had a wonderful stay at Ai Cipressi, we can't recommend it enough. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need and very clean. We have really enjoyed our stay here. Less than a 10 minute walk to inside the city walls, or to the train station for direct trains to Pisa and Florence. Nothing is too much for Gabriel and team, we have felt really welcome. We stayed in inter-connecting ground floor triple rooms with our two children, one is a wheelchair user. We had a profiling bed...

"We turned up at this place to find nobody was there to greet us , the door was locked and no explanation about parking inside Lucas’s city walls. Owner finally turned up after we called, accommodation disappointing, would suggest it’s more of a hostel stay . We decided to book elsewhere it was not for us."
