"Great place, but no A/C. We were there in July and it was unreasonable hot in the upstairs bedrooms to the point of not being able to sleep. The fans provided were adorable, but not enough to make a dent with keeping the air circulated. Keep this in mind during the summer, it will be HOT in that house and unbearable. Also, it would have been nice to be notified that there is a “fee” to use the pool/fitness area. $10.00 per person per day and another $2.00 for a towel."

Beautiful decor, personal touches and comfortable furniture. Very quiet neighborhood and close to anything you could need or want! The furniture/sofa and chairs are not that comfortable, but if your activities are elsewhere, it might not matter. The outdoor space is unremarkable so make sure you have things to do and places to go to during the day."

There is road and train noise you can read abt in the reviews and see location on the map but there are nice fans in each bedroom and we ran ours on low and it helped. The street is quaint and adjacent to newly developed river walking trails. The historic nature of the property is cool and helps appreciate some of the space issues - tight front bathroom but also applaud the modern inclusions - spacious full kitchen and dining room! Side yard nice for pups! Enjoy...
