They changed their mind because I have a 775 phone number. They wouldn’t answer the phone when I called them. So this left us with no place to stay and I had to wait 10 days for my money to be returned. It was an awful experience. "

"Love coming to Northstar! The facility is beautiful! The rooms are great. The communication is easy too. Of course we come during off season, so the downside is a lot of the shops and restaurants can be closed. Some of the pool areas were also closed. Truckee is so close though you have options there. Plus this hotels has activities that you can sign up for some are free and some you pay. I liked the theater option! The scenery around is just beautiful! "

"Very clean, we stayed at a 2 bedroom condo. Was convenient to have the patio doors right next to the jacuzzi. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely have this at the top of the list if I go back to Tahoe."
