The room next to us 1261 was throwing a party from 9 pm till 10 am with base the whole wall was shaking. Yelling door slamming. Music so loud alllll night. Pretty shure the were on the coke. Iv never complained but the nosie was so disrespectful i had to. I called the front desk and security was supposed to speak with them and nothing ever happened. The excessive disrespectful disruption happened all night long . Till the morning. Im guessing they has some good drugs because iv never seen anything like that in a hotel thats supposed to be family friendly.

Expedia had me down as 1 king non spiking room. When I checked in I was given my keys. Went to room to find I got a 2 queen out of date room. Asked to change room and was told $20 to upgrade. This doesn’t make sense when I already paid for a king.

For my first time i didn't know how to get around the hotel. How to get our luggage from the car garage to the hotel room elevators was a nightnare. We were lost and no clear direction for a a first timer. Loved the food court next to the kids play area.

The location is great for St Mary's Hospital which was awesome. The fact that there was holes in our sheets from over use should be checked. The area outside the hotel was a vagrant that was urinating on the wall right outside the hotel.
