"This property is located in Old Town Quebec. It’s within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom are somewhat small but well appointed. There’s no coffee or fridge in the room but coffee and a continental breakfast (separate charge) was available. The hotel did provide a small fridge to our friends who needed to store medication. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again."

"Convenient location in the old city. Parking option affordable and convenient. The staff was exceptional. The first floor was registration area, plus sitting area. It also has a table, chairs, and fridge for guest use. Charming stay. Caution. If you are older or have some physical disabilities, the stairs to the rooms on the second floor are steep and intimidating. "

"The location could not be beat! Located next to the chateau Frontenac and the toboggan ride. We rode it 3 times…amazing! Very walkable to the Christmas Market and multiple restaurants. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The beds were incredibly comfortable!"

"It was a lovely hotel and a very friendly staff. I have one complaint. I am sure that since Canada is so close to the USA, you must get a lot of english speaking customers. It was really cold outside and after walking around all day, it would have been nice to come back and watch a movie. The TV was only in french and there was no way to stream our own netflix or change the language to dub over into English. "
