"Staff were professional and courteous throughout my stay. I loved the coffee station that could be accessed 24/7. The room was clean, well made and had a nice view of the Chateau Frontenac in the distance. The hotel is just on the edge of the old town so you're close to the action with a quiet retreat. The only thing that wasn't clear was that the breakfast at the hotel is an extra charge (which in the end costs about the same as any breakfast nearby). Otherwise I had a lovely stay and would book again on my next visit to Quebec. "

"Me and my family we enjoyed staying at this hotel the indoor balcony is a big plus the kids enjoyed the pool while we was able to watch them from our balcony the beds where very comfortable I never felt mulch cleaner than staying at this hotel and very close to everything it’s in a very good place close to everything if you visit Quebec please make sure to stop by at the Italian restaurant “Parmesan” delicious food. "Location is central to restaurants and other tourist attractions (although it's difficult for taxis/Ubers to go down the street it is on during the day, as it is a cobblestone street pedestrians walk on). We enjoyed our 4-night stay and even was able to enjoy dining at its delicious steak restaurant for dinner when it was rainy and cold and I wasn't feeling well enough to go out. Breakfast was fairly simple, with croissants, deli meats, cheeses, a coffee machine, and the sort. Staff members were friendly, room was spacious and clean, and definitely a hotel I'd recommend."
