"This is a great place to stay when visiting Quebec City. Great views of the city and super access to old town, as well as the newer parts of Quebec City!"

"The fourth floor ice machine is broken and water dispenser only dispenses lukewarm water on that floor. But apart from that the room and property was great. However the entrance area had construction going on right (April 21, 22, 2025) now so it is a bit chaotic. "

"Location is central to restaurants and other tourist attractions (although it's difficult for taxis/Ubers to go down the street it is on during the day, as it is a cobblestone street pedestrians walk on). We enjoyed our 4-night stay and even was able to enjoy dining at its delicious steak restaurant for dinner when it was rainy and cold and I wasn't feeling well enough to go out. Breakfast was fairly simple, with croissants, deli meats, cheeses, a coffee machine, and the sort. Staff members were friendly, room was spacious and clean, and definitely a hotel I'd recommend."

"Excellent service at the front desk. If you’re not sure where to go eat share your budget and ask for recommendations and they will be more than happy to help you. Breakfast was good and a lot for three of us. If you’re driving to the hotel drive up to the entrance, grab your parking pass when you check in and drive across the road to park, it was all very convenient. Room and washroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. Definitely my go to place whenever I am in Quebec City next. Special shoutout to the front desk staff for being amazing no matter what time of day or night. "
