"This property is located in Old Town Quebec. It’s within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom are somewhat small but well appointed. There’s no coffee or fridge in the room but coffee and a continental breakfast (separate charge) was available. The hotel did provide a small fridge to our friends who needed to store medication. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again."

"The best part of the staff was the housekeeper (shame on me for not getting her name), who was great about getting us into our room when we arrived early, and who checked in on us during our stay and who was just a wonderful human. The place has a virtual front desk, so there's no one on duty at the property, so she was a lifeline. No dining/bar facilities - it's kind of like a B&B where the owners are nowhere to be found.
