"The fourth floor ice machine is broken and water dispenser only dispenses lukewarm water on that floor. But apart from that the room and property was great. However the entrance area had construction going on right (April 21, 22, 2025) now so it is a bit chaotic. "

"Excellent service at the front desk. If you’re not sure where to go eat share your budget and ask for recommendations and they will be more than happy to help you. Breakfast was good and a lot for three of us. If you’re driving to the hotel drive up to the entrance, grab your parking pass when you check in and drive across the road to park, it was all very convenient. Room and washroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. Definitely my go to place whenever I am in Quebec City next. Special shoutout to the front desk staff for being amazing no matter what time of day or night. "

"The property was simple beautiful. Located in a heart of the city , very walkable from every attraction. Nice, cozy and quiet, very clean. I slept like a baby at night, no noise at all. The cleaning lady did the best job. The people who worked at hotel made out stay even better, we felt like at home. We will be back!"
