"Wonderful location and waterfront property. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Downside, it’s a bit dated though they are working on that. For example, our water view suite had updated flooring and decent bedding but definitely needed some updates to the kitchen and the water stains on the ceiling. Not a five star resort by any means, but the location, friendly and responsive staff as well as the beautiful waterfront grounds make up for it. "

"Great campground with vacation rental access. Water sport activities for rent and a short drive to key west. Camp store and pub on site as well!"

"ENJOYED OUR STAY. BEDDING NEEDS ALOT OF IMPROVEMENT. ONE BEDROOM HAD AN OLD MATTRESS AND THE OTHER BED ONLY HAD A PAD OVER WOOD ! OUR HOUSEBOAT WAS OLDER AND NEEDED FLOOR REPAIRS. NICE PEOPLE, JIMMY HELPED WITH THE MARINA."

"The location and views are great. It was a comfortable stay. There were some deferred maintenance items which were shared with the property manager. Completion of these items will greatly enhance the experience at the property and make it a '10' rating."

"Very clean, nice warm pool overlooking ocean. Went on kayaks! Just be aware if there are older people visiting with bad knees, hips etc., there’s a big flight of stairs to go up and down. I was glad our 93 year old friend cancelled. He would not have been able to get up stairs. But overall it was very nice 2 day stay"

"We fell in love with this property upon our arrival and during our stay! It was very comfortable and the large screened in porch with a view of the Atlantic was one of the stars of our stay during breakfast sipping coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We enjoyed the peacefulness while we relaxed at the pool. We had two minor issues and after contacting the property manager they were fixed within the hour. We definitely would stay here again."

"The house is special, it transmits a lot of peace next to that spectacular dock where the fishing is fabulous, everything is very clean and well equipped with cauldrons etc.I will be back 100%"
