This Chic style home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is part of Sunrise Beach Resort, an exclusive gated community built in 2007 with only 10 other homes. Our home is fourth from the waters edge facing Southwest. Lounge in your private hammock or enjoy the gorgeous tropical landscaping and cool breezes on one of two balconies, dock or poolside, where you can soak up the sun steps from the house. The property also features it owns little sandy beach perfect for sunbathing. Breathtaking southwest views of the blue-green ocean can be seen from the balcony off of each bedroom.

Your boat, up to 24 feet, can be kept at the dock for your entire stay in the calm waters . Looe Key and American Shoal Reef can be seen from the house where you’ll find the most beautiful snorkeling and diving reefs in the keys, along with the excellent fishing. Fish or kayak right off the end of the dock or you can venture out to experience the history and action in Key West located only 17 miles away. In the immediate area you’ll find several very good restaurants, a gym/wellness center, and Cudjoe Garden’s Marina, a full service marina. The only 18-hole miniature golf course in the keys is located five miles away. Bahia Honda State Park and the Dolphin Research Center, which offers dolphin encounters, are other area attractions.

Beautiful and quiet location. Close to Key West yet just far enough to be away from the crowds. Family thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything is as pictured and immaculately clean, truly a gem. Melanie was friendly, always available and always responsive.

Great location, easy to travel to Key West or nearby Keys. Many great restaurants nearby. We loved the Square Grouper. Also loved visiting the State Parks. Highly recommend this location. We fell in love with the Florida Keys.

Everything was perfect. Just like the description. We selected this property because of the boat dock and it’s only a short drive to Key West. We took an 18ft boat and it worked out great. We can’t wait to come back.

Easter /Spring break annual vacation
The property and townhouse were all very nice. If your wanting to go to Key West multiple times during the week, this location is a quick 21 miles. Townhouse was very accommodating for two couples. Pool and tiki patio areas were all clean, plenty of seating, and quiet. Only con would be bicycles need attention due to flat tires. We would book this property in the future.

Fun times for mini season 2024. Great communication with the host the entire time. She even got me a spot to keep my trailer. There was room for all of the boats at the various docks on premises. The house was clean and the 3 full bathrooms were clutch. The only thing I would change are the beds. They made noise every time we moved. LOL. Hopefully, they will replace them with king beds at some point. The rooms are definitely large enough to accommodate. We felt very safe there and the neighbors were super nice.

Property is better than advertised. The house is clean and very well stocked. Great communication during the check in process. Ocean view is beautiful and the pool is great. Perfect location near Key West, Big Pine, and Marathon. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting out on the dock chairs that overlooked the water. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Convenient yet relaxing
This was the perfect balance between the convenience to Key West and the escape from it. Only about 25-30 minutes from the KW, but far enough to escape the bar and street life. We at dinner every night in the Keys, fished in Big Coppit and relaxed on our private beach. The property manager was very communicative and easy to work with
