House A - You're in the tropics... listen to the waves, rest, relax or fish, kayak and snorkel, if you wish to lose a few pounds. Three bedroom, two bath home, with direct ocean access, boat parking at the back door. Sunrise view, ocean breezes. Fully furnished, linens, cable/internet. This home is on a compound, we also have several one bedroom units as well as 2 bedroom. The perfect spot for weddings, reunions, or large groups! Broil Restaurant is just across the street, Square Grouper restaurant and bar in the is down the street. Shuttle to Key West just steps from the home. Come and stay with us, you're sure to have a wonderful vacation.

Cute place- checked off all our needs
Good place. 3 bed rooms all with Queen size beds. It was perfect for us. We sat on the porch mostly when we were there and played games. Not a long ride to Key West. Overall- we were happy and would stay there again.

Great property in a great location. House shows its age, but it was very nice and everything worked. It was perfect for our group. Would definitely stay there again when returning to the keys.

The property was nice the housewas ok could be a little cleaner but overall not bad. The manager when we i messaged her about a few questions seemed like i was bothering her. When someone is spending money on something you should respond in a kind manner and not just" Did you look at the map" other than that a good stay.

Key vacation
The cottage was located in a prime area of the keys. Close to many restaurants and bait shops. The cottage could use some dusting around the top of cabinets and lights. But lets be honest you come come to the Florida Keys to stay in the room.

Explain to people that there is an opportunity to park the truck with a trailer and that there are ramps for the boat because I myself did not take my boat thinking that there was nothing like that. Thanks

house nice, roomy and comfortable. Beach area very pretty but needs to be cleaned up a little. We enjoyed the pool, floats provided. Kayaks provided were hard to find, wish there had been a few more. Would definitely stay here again. Like the area and Cudjoe Key too.

Nice abode for a quick getaway with friends.
Home was well appointed and clean. A few minor maintenance items (like sliding door that is tough to lock) but did not affect our stay and we would stay her again.

Fun, relaxing place to stay
Our group stayed here for three nights. It was an easy drive into Key West, but nice to come back to somewhere quiet. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. The outdoor table was used for all of our breakfasts and dinner that we cooked. Beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. One suggestion...a grill. The pool was nice, too! We would stay here again!

Met our expectations. Good alternative to Key West proper
The facility was clean and functional. HVAC worked. Water heater worked. Good water pressure. All appliances functioned properly. The external amenities as just ok but the price is great for someone on a tight budget.

Basic Needs
This property was not in good shape. The front door had duct tape and big gaps along the bottom, missing basic kitchen utensils, faucets leaked in both bedrooms, hair on sheets, hair all over the furniture. The AC worked well as did the washer and dryer. The location was wonderful.

Great Location!
The house was just somewhere for us to congregate and lay our head at night. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. Location is fabulous. Spent a lot of time at Bahia Honda, little duck had a beautiful little private beach and of course the infamous Key West. Spent half a day at the pool, but other than that we did not use much of what the property offered such as the grill, the docks, etc. Kitchen is extremely limited on supplies for cooking. So try and keep it simple. Comfortable stay.

Family vacation
Nice location, the pool was quiet and relaxing. The cottage was decent could use some updating, the fridge didn’t work well and had no shelves, needs new mattresses you rolled to the center of the bed. No blinds or curtain on slider door. By the photos it looks like you can dock put in your boat in the water on property but when we arrived we couldn’t. We had to dock boat at the marina.Overall was a good stay .other than a few little things and some maintenance can fix.

We rented a house in this complex that was good last year This house is in terrible repair plug covers missing, light bulbs missing, few kitchen supplies, wood trim missing, wallpaper peeling, no hangers even when I asked for some. We had to go buy hangers. Faucets drip &/or run All furniture stained, missing smoke detectors. I could go on but I’m sure you get the picture

The cleanliness was terrible, had to spend 40$ on cleaning supplies and wash the bedding. The master bedroom bath toilet leaked bad and the shower floor was broken. The rain came in under front door. Other than that the trip was great

Worn out Electric receptical cover missing in dining room. Locked out of bedroom. Manager said to use credit card to get door open. Wallpaper peeling Deck table had only one chair Charcoal grill substandard. Signage to get into property substandard. Debris and trash in parking area. Sliding door lock did not work. Needed to use a 2x4. Gaps in front door. Could see daylight Ants each day in kitchen.

Quaint and quiet
The cottage was a little dated but, cute. The deck needs a little TLC. The process of checking in and out was simple. The owner of the property was prompt when messaged. Yes, there are tiny ants. They did not appear until we had spilled something sweet. The solution is to put any of your perishables in the refrigerator or microwave. This is Florida. The pictures posted on the site are accurate. It was worth it and we would come back. Thanks

Holiday Stay
Check in process is easy. We did have a few issues and brought them to owners attention. She responded quickly. The dryer didn’t dry. We had purposely booked this property because of laundry at house. (Baby) There is coin operated laundry nearby. We had some rainy weather for a few days and the house provided space for all of us to spread out. Easy access to Key West and restaurants. We didn’t use the pool and the outside grounds could use some attention—after storms this fall. This could be a very cool property with a bit of regular maintenance. Not sure if we would stay here again.

Key west getaway
This is the first time vrbo has steered me wrong. The property manager was wonderful and quick to respond.. the location was perfect to key west but we had no boat parking available... you could use the marina but we rented that property strictly for the boat. The biggest issue is the condition of the house. That goes on the owner. Severly outdated and no maintenance makes for a very undesirable unit. Calling someone could not fix years of disrepair so it wasn't worth the call. The cleaner did what they could but you can't clean the issues this place has. It needs major renovation and will not be a return visit for us
