Cottage #1 - Quaint, clean, comfortable cottage just 20 miles from Key West. Located on the oceanfront. Cottage offers a full kitchen, screened patio, a single bedroom with a queen bed. A few steps in either direction bring you to sparkling water. This cottages is situated on the waterfront, but only steps away from our pool. The dock, seawalls are all available to our guests. A coin laundry is also available on site. Whether you come to the Florida Keys to escape the winters, or enjoy the calm waters and great fishing and diving of the summers, you will find Cudjoe Cottages to be your Home Away From Home.

Amazing location

Relaxing little bungalow
Perfect little place for the 2 of us and our dog. Plenty of area to walk the dog. Susan was very responsive when we were able to arrive 1day early and with any questions. Thanks for a great visit!

Lovely place and good location
We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The accommodation was good and it was okay driving distance to Key West and state parks, and short drive to several good restaurants. There is also a nice walking path on the other side of the Overseas Highway. It was nice to be near the water in Cabin 1.

We brought our boat. Dropped it in at nearby marina. Free docking at cottage. Just watch your tides. This a a great location…incredible restaurants nearby and an easy hop to Key West. We have been here before and will do it again.

Cudjoe Cottage
We enjoyed our 1st stay on Cudjoe. We have previously stayed in Key West, Islamorada and Tavernier. We were very comfortable in the old style Florida cottage. WiFi, AC, screened porch and waterfront location were major contributors to our enjoyment. Easy access to Key West and Big Pine were major bonuses. A missing shower tile and a bare electrical box (porch - ceiling) were the only minor issues of note.

Boat lovers, great location
We thoroughly enjoyed the property. It had parking for the boat, ramp access, two pools and the view from Cottage 1 was amazing. Property Management communication was great when we had a question about the nearby attractions. Highly recommend this quaint property.

Outside seating
A majority of the outside seating was broken. There were quite a few repairs that could be made to the inside and outside of the house, that would be somewhat easy. ,,that could make a huge difference. They are the same from 2 years ago. Perhaps the owner should take a visit. Otherwise great location and even though small great for what we require.

Im in the Keys!
Older property. Could use some cosmetic updates. It was clean and just steps away from the water! Pool was nice and clean. There was a major accident on US1 so we couldnt get to Key West our last day. We plan to stay there again.

This waterfront cottage was perfect for us. It's clean and comfortable. The central location in the Keys made it perfect for exploring Key West, Key Largo, and all the great things in between. Our pets loved the floor to ceiling screened porch and so did we. The owner is extremely responsive and very engaged if you need her. Rent this place!

Wonderful location! House was the perfect size for us.
We chose the house because it was dog friendly and it's location. We had the opportunity to leave the dogs at home and still stayed at the house. So glad we did. It's located in the middle of the keys, has docks and kayaks for your use. We were very happy!!

We stayed in cottage 1 which was right on the water. The cottage was in the perfect location and had an amazing view of the water. We watched the sunset each night and got to do some fishing off the dock. It was clean and very comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in the keys. So close to everything! Nothing too fancy but absolutely perfect for what we needed.

We had a good visit here. 20 minutes to Key West. We had dock and water access with a large screened in porch area. This is a great spot for two folks. No surprises. It all worked as planned.
