"Even though the sign on office door said OPEN you have to stand out in the cold and try to communicate through a little glass window (I checked in at 4:30 pm not a late or after hours check in. Bedding was very thin, TV channels extremely poor and tv was held into place by a toilet paper roll!? Bathroom walls are dirty with holes in the wall, there were men outside carrying on after quiet hours but Management did nothing in regards to their noise or behavior. Not a pleasant stay and I won’t book...

"All I have to say is OMG the worse hotel I’ve stayed at in my whole life! The front desk lady was so unprofessional, the rooms were dirty (the bathroom’s waste basket full of trash from previous guests). We were moved to another room (room 24) and it smelled so bad and the bed was so lumpy my back was in so much pain the next day. They also started sweeping in front of our room and banging the broom against the door at 7am they also kept hitting the wall with rims or barrels don’t know what...

"This is the only hotel in los banos that did not discriminate against my niece because of her financial status. I applaud them for this and would recommend everyone in this area to use this hotel instead of the other hotels in los banos. Thank you for all you did "
