"Staff was very understanding and gave us an early check in. The airport shuttle was a breeze, received clear instructions from the hotel on where to catch it, when I enquired. Lobby and restaurant welcoming with lots of space to sit. Comfy setup. Room clean, shower water pressure was good. View of runway and ocean is beautiful. "

"This may stay away from because of business. I love the staff!!! They are delightful, helpful and make me feel like a family member. I wish there was better power areas near the desk, but there is a work space in the lobby that is bright. Close by are several places to eat and convenient grocery store that are in the same shopping strip.Plenty to do plus the Cal Trans Station and Milbrae BART are right behind the hotel. So convenient for me to jump on and travel throughout the Bay. Thank you so much and I will see you again :)"
