"Overall this resort is great for families and couples. Food was good with many choices and A-la-cart restaurants (reservations required). Pools were good and the beach was great! I recommend that they provide more beach chairs and pool chairs as they run out quickly. Staff were great and our family really enjoyed the stay."

"Leaving today! Had a wonderful trip! Heard this resort will be Reno’d in August-December. The pools were beautiful and had character! Iguanas and Nacho the duck hung out everyday. Water aerobics class was so fun! The beach by the resort was outstanding. We took walks every afternoon as the tide is lower and lots more room to walk. The food was really good! The Mexican and Italian were awesome! The steakhouse was busy so if you want in go early!!! We never got to try it. The Asian food was meh… The entertainment was amazing! They know how to put on a show. I really enjoyed the Michael Jackson night! The whit party was insanely fun, and was like clubbing. Got your face painted by resort for the party. It was awesome! Loved that they had lots of hand sanitizer to use after touching all the handles to the spoons. Was super clean. The rooms were nothing too special, but were clean and nice and cool. The one thing that did really bug me so I hope they change it. Is they have the smokers all smoke by the lobby, so the lobby always smelled like smoke. Would probably be better to have them smoke a bit to the side so it didn’t blow as much in the lobby. If you have any issues walking ask for a lower ground room as the elevator is quite busy. We were on sixth floor and did quite a bit of stairs everyday. All in all it was an awesome resort! Very family friendly! Great service, great food, great entertainment. Can’t wait to come back after renos next year!! Best Trip! "

"Jaiker and Jesus at the front desk have great hospitality skills. Jaiker Greeted us with a welcoming hospitality comment And made sure that the hotel exceeded our expectations. Omar at Andrea’s Was a great waiter and made sure that we were well taken care of. Omar, the manager was also very hospitable and came to check that we were happy with the service, which we were. Miriam, the housekeeper for our room 3121 Is definitely an asset to the hotel. She Did an amazing job and making sure that we had everything we needed. The female manager at the Ribero restaurant has been there for years and years and she is always so gracious and kind to everyone. I see her going to all the tables to make sure everyone’s happy. I cannot remember her name, but I know that I’ve seen her there for many many years, she has light brown hair. "

"Why is there a tiger in a cage on the property?! Ridiculous. There’s one building of the resort that hasn’t been renovated - they were going to put us there. We did not want that location because it was not what we expected. They forced us to upgrade and spend another $1600 for a more desirable room. They told us there’s a Standard room and a Superior room - you should make the difference more clear in the description. "
