"Absolutely amazing, So comfy and a few steps away from the centre of Cardiff. Shops, bars, nightlife plus Cardiff museum, Castle. Every member of staff we met were so friendly and welcoming. Rose in the Restaurant was an absolute delight. All the staff members were top notch! Rooms are designed really well, bathroom has everything needed. Bed comfy and love the comforter 💕 Hairdryer was good and saves bringing own. Plenty of tea, coffee etc and fridge has bottled water. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice and fresh. You can order from a menu if you don’t like full English or continental. Fresh coffee on request or machine with lots of choices. The entrance is within an arcade with a few shops. If you return after 11pm you just buzz for entry. We will definitely return as it’s a gem of a hotel."

"I liked the free parking, this was a key element for choosing the hotel. It was very comfortable especially the bed! Handy for the train into Cardiff for an evening out which we did. "

"Hotel located in ideal location with stunning views. The Hotel smells amazing everywhere and I was kindly given a room upgrade and was so impressed with the room, amenities and especially the view. The breakfast was incredible also, highly highly recommended "

"Good for a stop over. Receptionist - her name began with a B was really helpful and so was the male that assisted her with our order. Nice reception area. Bathroom door a bit odd separate to the sink but non the less acceptable. "

"Had a good stay and would stay again. The breakfast was very good and the food was lovely too. Only negative which is small but asked a few times for the remote for tv to be changed/fixed and nothing was done. "
