"We visited Lisbon for a family vacation. This apt we book has all the comfort. Apt is big, rooms are good sized, seperate full size bathroom, AC in 1 room and living room only but fan was provided for other room. Kitchen has all the items you needed to cook food. Oven wasn't working. Location of apt is good as well. We had issue during check-in, the nominated person was available to take us to the apt and we struggled to find the apt in the building due to its layout and block numbering....

"It was very difficult to climb up the hill and steep stairs really hard climb with suitcases. No door to the toilet very dirty bedding. I booked the room for 3 people as we have a teenager there was just one bed and some dirty soiled bedding. Was not a pleasant stay we were really thinking of moving into another place "
