"I checked in on my 40th birthday and the front desk had upgraded my room without even requesting. We went out for dinner and the room was decorated with local bottle of bubbles, cake, chocolates and lavender pouches. Really made my day special! The indoor pool is nice with warm water! "

"It is a very beautiful hotel where you feel very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and make you feel like it is your home. I have to commend Adriano who worked at the front desk and was ver friendly and helpful. He was very engaging and whenever he saw us he would come out from behind the desk to talk with us.The room was and upgrade, very roomy with a beautiful view. "Great staff made this an enjoyable stay. The hotel is a little out of the main centre but is extremely clean and has everything most people want. The only observation I have is the charge for using the indoor pool - seems a little out of kilter where other places I’ve been."

"Lovely hotel, very smart and clean and helpful staff, good breafsst buffet with lots of options. The pool spa area is lovely but not masive, was fine for us as we stayed off season but imagine it would get very busy peak season, shame rooftop bar was closed in november, but good views from bar on 12th floor. The very fancy shops are 5 mins away, but centre of town is more like 20-35 mins away if like me you like a walk, if not bus/metro within 5-7mins so convenient if not the closest. Good...
